Whole Wheat Raisin
A square pan loaf made with 100% whole unsifted wheat, organic raisins, and toasted organic coriander seeds. This is not a sweet raising bread, but it also has a touch of organic blackstrap molasses and organic maple syrup, mostly to feed the sourdough cultures during the fermentation process. Like all of our bread, it is made with Maine-grown and -milled fresh grain —no cheap filler flour added. This is Danny’s favorite bread for toast. Stores well on the counter in a paper bag for 4-5 days, or you can keep it in plastic in the fridge. Freezes beautifully.
